This position leads Electrical team of assigned section. Performs periodic maintenance of machines and ensures machines
are kept up to standards. Ensures there are no recurring faults by optimizing system & proposing modifications if necessary.
Assists FS in operational effectiveness, optimal use of energy, project delivery and downtime reduction for operations.
Assess requirement of spare parts and follow ups for on time procurement of electrical spare parts. Ensures adherence to
plant SOPs and EHS standards by training subordinates and inspecting their work.

Minimum Requirements:

Required Qualification & BE Electrical with 5-7 years or DAE Electrical with 9+ years of diversified experience in
Experience leading general maintenance

Required functional Time management, Team Management, Problem Solving, Communication, CF Management
Knowledge Negotiation and Coordination skills.
Knowledge of Electrical systems, substation, electrical switchgear and distribution system.
Hands on experience of troubleshooting of PLCs, VFDs, relay logic system, VFDs
communication networks and synchronization system. Programming of VFDs. Ability to read

3. PEOPLE AND EHS MANAGEMENT 15%

4. CAPEX/OPEX Projects 10%

 Provides necessary input in budget preparation to his FS
