MOCK-UP EXAMPLES

A great way to present your finished artwork online is to photoshop/superimpose your artwork
onto an image. The image could be a living room wall, just a photo frame by itself, in a public setting,
in an art gallery, there are so many options!

This helps your potential art collector to see the potential of the artwork, to see it “in-situ”: in a real
life situation - so that they can visualise it in their home, in their lives.
There are multiple websites for mockups. I think Adobe Stock Photos are the highest quality.

Here’s an example of an
Adobe Stock image
(right-hand side) that I used
to make my woodburning
artwork look in-situ. I used
this image on my website,
social media, and email
newsletter.
Here’s another example of using Adobe Stock images. These
are some of my limited-edition prints. The stock images give
a very polished look that is very attractive to prospective art
collectors.

The “trick” is that most stock images are actually digitally

created, they aren’t real photos. The edges, light, and textures
are carefully designed to give the perfect finishing touch.

I use stock images for most of my significant artworks and prints.

Adobe stock has the highest quality and the largest range.
You can type in something specific and the chances are they’ll have the image for you.
