Project Charter Title:

Team Leader(s):
Management Sponsor:
Facilitator:
Project start date: Number of Days: 42
Process starting point: Examining data to identify issue areas
Process ending point: Understanding customer issues and providing appropriate solutions
Scope Clarification:
What is in Scope: The purpose of this project is to boost the efficacy and efficiency of Samsung's manufacturing in terms of product creation and distribution.
The data collected with the aid of the provided case study and other sources will be meticulously evaluated to draw key conclusions that will
assist the company's quality director in making educated decisions regarding quality management.

What is not in Scope: This case study of Samsung Electronics only covers events up to the year 2016. As a result, the research will focus solely on the time
before Samsung began producing its own components for other industries, such as televisions and smartphones, and not on the company's
history of doing so.
Problem Description
The purpose of this research was to investigate and catalogue a number of pressing problems with product quality that Samsung Electronics has encountered. When a
team meets well, they may come up with ideas to improve processes like product development, testing, and quality assurance.

Savings Improvement / Given the seriousness and regularity of the charges, Samsung should give some thought to developing some "crisis management"
Impact preparation strategy. It's hard to find a better case study in crisis management than Tylenol. As of late, BP has been used as an example of
ineffective crisis management. The vast majority of companies are more reactive than proactive when dealing with "bad things," such as
negative reviews and feedback from customers. Similar to the old adage, "Pay me less now or pay me much more tomorrow."
