REQUIREMENTS
 Attested copy of NOC.
 Attested copy of CNIC of owner.
 Attested copy of the declaration of printing press.
 Four Passport Size Photos must be attached with Proforma.
 Last Six Months Bank Statement.(Balance at-least 50 Hundred thousand for printing presses printing
newspapers/periodicals and 25 Hundred Thousand for other presses).
 Attested copy of NTN.
 Original Receipt of fee for Registration of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand), (On 32-A Challan Form) submitted in
any branch of NBP / State Bank of Pakistan in A/C # C03886, Title of account: Government of Pakistan).
 Attested copy of proof of agreement of Printing Press premises (Rent agreement / Allotment detail).
 Undertaking on stamp paper (Affidavit) that the owner of the printing press to abide by all future regulations of
office of the Press Registrar and concerned Deputy Commissioner.
 Detail specification of installed machine.
 Affidavit that all employees have been paid salaries to date.
 Copies of cleared electricity bills of previous six Months.

 Incomplete cases shall not be entertained.
 Applications with all requirements submitted through proper channels i.e. Regional designated officers in PID/ RIO offices, shall be

to-date and no outstanding amount in case of dues/salaries of any employee is pending against
me.
