REQUIREMENTS
(1). Photocopy of CNIC (duly attested by Govt Officer in BS-17 or above, with the stamp by name);
(2). Photocopy of M.A (Journalism/Mass Communication/Social Sciences) degree (duly attested by HEC),
(Incase of foreign degree, HEC’s recognition / equivalency certificate required)
(3). Original Experience certificate in journalism (of CML Newspaper) issued by Chief Editor/ Publisher.
(Minimum 5-Years after Graduation) (Name & Stamp of issuing authority is necessary)
(4) Some issues of the publication/articles to show the genuinity of experience.
(5) Original Affidavit as specified (on stamp paper of Rs: 20/-, duly attested by Oath Commissioner);
(6) Original Receipt of fee for NOC of Rs. 5000/- (Five Thousand Rupees);
(On 32-A Challan Form in any branch of NBP / State Bank in A/C # C03886, Title of account: Government of Pakistan)
(7) Bank Statement of last six months (duly verified by the Bank Manager, with the stamp by name) showing
Sound financial position (At-least balance 5 Lac).
(8) Affidavit of source of funding (specimen attached)

 Incomplete cases shall not be entertained.
  Applications with all requirements submitted through proper channels i.e. Regional designated officers in PID/ RIO offices, shall be
entertained.

ix. That according to best of my knowledge above mentioned titled news agency does not exist in any part of the

x. That If any news agency having above title or abbreviation, be found operational before my application, I will
withdraw/change the above mentioned title:

FBR record and I have mentioned my source of income in details in my tax return. I will be
responsible for giving undertaking on oath that I will appear before the Press Registrar to explain and
prove my source of income if and when required.

agency/printing press will be organized from my own sources of income.
