Foreword

This machine tool is a vertical machining center with high rigidity; the

precision of the machine tool is extremely stable, equipped with a

high-performance system, the machine tool has complete functions, high

automation procedures, simple operation and high reliability. It can realize X, Y,

Z three-axis control; it can process all kinds of complex small and medium-sized

parts. It is an extremely ideal machine tool.

This machine tool is used for single-piece and mass production of various

complex parts in various industries. Because this machine is a high-speed

machine, the movement of various moving parts is fast and flexible. It is

especially suitable for processing parts with three-dimensional shapes, so it is a

mold manufacturing process. Ideal machine tool for various complex cavities.

Using this machine tool can simplify the process, improve work efficiency, and

increase the economic benefits of the factory.

According to the characteristics of our machine tool, it has a very long life,

but its faults must be paid attention to and eliminated. Therefore, before

operation, be sure to read the manual carefully to ensure safe operation and

keep the machine tool in the best condition.

1. Unpacking inspection:

Please count the accessories according to the packing list and check if there

is any damage during transportation.

2. Lifting installation:

2.1 There are two eyebolts on the base of the machine tool and the top of

the column, which can be lifted by inserting the steel rope. When lifting, use

the method shown in Figure 2-1.

2.2 There are anchor screw holes on the base of the machine tool. The

machine tool must be installed on a solid concrete foundation, and the level of

each point must be ensured. After the anchor bolts are tightened, the

correction level is at an allowable value of 0.02mm/m.

2.3 When the machine tool leaves the factory, the limit position of each

motion axis, the screw nut clearance, and the screw in each direction have

been accurately adjusted. Please do not adjust at will, so as to avoid damage to

the machine tool and cause damage to the machine tool or personal injury.

4. Transmission system: as shown in Figure 4-1

4.1 The main transmission system adopts the frequency conversion speed

regulation system to realize the stepless speed regulation of the main shaft, and

the transmission structure adopts synchronous transmission.

The location is shown in Figure 4-1.

4.2 Feed drive

The feed motions of the machine tool in X, Y, and Z directions are all directly

driven by their respective servo motors through couplings.

4.3 Tool change

The tool of this machine tool is replaced by pneumatic tool changer, and the

top of the spindle hole at the front of the spindle box is equipped with a

changer (tool beater) which is safe, reliable and fast.

4.4 Rolling bearing position map and schedule

The bearing position of QL-VMC1160A machine tool is shown in Figure 4-1,

and the detailed table is as follows:

5. Lubrication system:

This machine tool adopts centralized automatic oil supply lubrication, and

the centralized lubricating oil pump regularly supplies oil. Each lubrication point

is equipped with a quantitative distributor to form a timing and quantitative

automatic lubrication system. See Figure 5-1.

6. Test run and adjustment:

(1) Test run

① After the machine tool is installed, first raise the spindle box up a bit,

remove the support bar that supports the spindle, clean the anti-rust grease,

and check whether each part is damaged or abnormal. Add No. 68 rail oil to the

lubrication pump. After the lubrication points are fully lubricated, the machine

can be tested.

② Before the machine is put into use for the first time, the lubricator in the

pneumatic system needs to be filled with about 1/2 the volume of the oil cup

(for the cylinder piston). It is recommended to use ISOVG32 or the same grade

oil to avoid damage to the machine tool accuracy and cause damage to the

machine tool or casualties.

(2) Adjustment of the machine tool

This machine tool has been debugged before leaving the factory and

passed the inspection, and the user does not need to readjust it. When the

machine tool has been working for a long time, due to various reasons, the

backlash of the lead screw, the positioning accuracy of the machine tool, and
the repeat positioning accuracy are out of tolerance. At this time, the following

methods can be used to make appropriate adjustments.

The adjustment of the backlash of the three-axis ball screw is as follows:

Move the moving part to the middle position of the stroke, loosen the

fixing screw of the motor, remove the motor, loosen the screw 1 (3 pieces) on

the precision lock nut 2, and lock the precision lock nut 2, and then lock the

screw 1 (3 pieces) ), the backlash of the ball screw can be eliminated.

After locking the precision locking nut 2, tighten the locking screw 1 (3

pieces) to achieve the pre-tension of the ball screw, as shown in Figure 6-1.

The screw backlash can also be adjusted through the backlash compensation

function of the CNC system. For the specific operation method, please refer to

the operating instructions of the CNC system.

7. Machine tool cleaning and maintenance

In order to ensure the accuracy and life of the machine tool for a long time,

attention must be paid to the cleaning and lubrication of all parts of the

machine tool, especially the linear guide rails in all directions of the machine

tool. Although the all-directional screw is protected by the guide rail guard, it

should be cleaned frequently to keep the guide rail clean, and the lubrication of

the guide rail should be observed frequently, and the blockage should be dealt

with immediately. Keep the guide rails and lead screws sufficiently lubricated to

avoid abrasion. You should also pay attention to the oil storage in the

lubricating oil tank and keep the oil often.
