SUBJECT : SUBMISSION OF REPORTS ON THE STATUS OF PHYSICAL

AND FINANCIAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS ON NUTRITION
PROGRAMS, AS REGULAR SEM ESTRAL REPORTS

DATE : July 10, 2024

This refers to Item No. 1.13 Section V of DILG Memorandum Circular

2024-071 entitled “Adoption and Implementation of the Philippine Plan of Action for
Nutrition (PPAN) 2023-2028” stating the submission of semestral reports using the
provided Annex A – Status of Nutrition Programs, Physical and Financial
Accomplishments based on the submitted and approved Local Nutrition Action Plans
(LNAPs) with corresponding means of verification (MOVs).

As stipulated in the said MC, the submission of LGUs semestral report is

every January and July of each calendar year starting this FY 2024. For your
guidance, kindly take note of the following schedule and flow of submission of
reports per LGU levels:

In line with this, kindly enjoin the Local Chief Executives on all levels, thru
their Local Nutrition Officers, in your respective AORs to comply and strictly follow
the prescribed schedule of report submission.

 For the Provincial PPAN Reports, the DILG Provincial and HUC offices may
upload the submitted reports thru the link https://bit.ly/DILG-PPAN-REGION3 on or
before every 30th of January and July of the existing year.
