SERVICE AGREEMENT

THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT ("Agreement') dated this day of is by and between JBS Souderton, Inc. dba Mopac
Rendering ("MOPAC") and the undersigned service customer ("Customer"). The parties, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:
1. Engagement of MOPAC. Customer hereby engages MOPAC as its exclusive independent contractor for the collection and removal of
specified rendering materials identified in Exhibit A (the "Product") from Customer's Facilities (identified below). MOPAC shall provide drum(s), tank(s),
brute(s) or other container(s) ("Container(s)") at each Facility and collect the Product from the Container(s) as MOPAC deems is appropriate. All
Container(s) shall remain the sole property of MOPAC. MOPAC will clean up any spills of Product that are caused solely by MOPAC hereunder. Customer
shall be fully responsible for any damages or clean up required because of Product spills, leakage, or discharge caused by overfilling or other acts of
Customer, its representatives, or other third parties not under the control of MOPAC.
2.Duties of Customer. Customer shall: (I) deposit all of Customer's Product in the provided Container(s) (II) keep the Container(s) available
and accessible for emptying by MOPAC (III) keep the Container(s) at Customer's Facilities, (IV) keep the Product and Container(s) in a sanitary and
unadulterated condition free of Contaminants identified in Exhibit A, and reimburse MOPAC for losses due to vandalism, removal or contamination to or
of the Containers(s), and the Product, (V) dispose of any Product not meeting the Product specifications identified in Exhibit A at Customer's sole cost and
expense and reimburse MOPAC for the cost of any contaminated Product, (VI) immediately notify MOPAC of any spill, leakage or discharge of Product,
and (VII) refrain from engaging or allowing any other person or entity to collect Product from the Facilities during the Term (defined below).
3.Term. This Agreement is for a period of One (l) year and automatically renews thereafter from year to year until terminated by either party by
providing written notice thereof to the other no less than sixty (60) days prior to the last day of the then-current term ("the Term"). MOPAC may
immediately terminate this Agreement if: (I) Customer breaches any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement- (II) MOPAC determines that
Customer's output of Product does not meet its minimum requirements for service, or (III) MOPAC ceases or curtails its rendering activities in the area of
any Facilities, and MOPAC shall have all rights and remedies following such termination in connection with any breach by Customer.
4.Indemnification. Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless, to the fullest extent of the law, MOPAC, its officers, employees,
agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Party") from and against, and to reimburse the Indemnified Party with respect to, any and
all claims, demands, causes of action, losses, personal injury damages, property damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s
fees and court costs) asserted against or incurred by the Indemnified Party arising out of (I) Customers' breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
and/or(II) Customer's or Customers' agents or contractors negligence and willful misconduct.
5.Confidentiality. Customer herby agrees not to disclose the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement or any information received from
MOPAC (including but not limited to the pricing terms) to any third party without the prior consent of MOPAC.

By signing this self-declaration, the signatory acknowledges that auditors from certification bodies (may be accompanied by inspectors from authorities with the purpose to evaluate the
performance of the certification body) and staff of certification schemes can examine whether the requirements are met as stated in this self-declaration.

Only biomass defined as the biodegradable fraction of products, waste and residues from biological origin 3 from agriculture (including vegetable and animal substances), forestry and related industries including fisheries, and
aquaculture, as well as the biodegradable fraction of industrial and municipal waste.

Please be aware, that animal fat is not considered biomass in some Member States. Biofuel produced from a feedstock of animal origin might thus not be eligible to be counted against the biofuel quote in those Member States.

Vegetable Oil which has been used for cooking or frying meat and therefore may be contaminated with animal content does not classify as of animal origin

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
MOPAC will supply containers or trailers for recycling that are to be specifically used for the collection of the selected
Product. MOPAC reserves the right to refuse collection material should Prohibited Items be found in
containers/trailers. Please follow the guidelines below for allowable items to be placed within the designated
containers.
