There are 3 ways. (1) Stretch, (2) curl, and (3)
twist.

Excellent! Curl teacher, is when you formed a circle or


curved shape.
Curl is a body shape and action that your body
form a curved and spiral shape.

what is a twist?
Twist is when your body is when your other part
is twisted and the other is remained at fixed.

Twist is when you turn your part of the body to


form a curl while the rest of the body is fixed.

When I say pop, all you have to do is to stand with


arms upward. When I say corn, stand with arms
sideward. When I say papara, stand with arms on

non-locomotor movements and, in that stations
you need to sing twinkle -twinkle little star to
proceed in the next station. By advancing in the
next station, you need also to perform the
locomotor movement which are walking, running,
jogging and jumping.
