Check the hotel position overview for a week.
Check notice boards in the back office.
Attend briefing and take hand over from the previous shift.
Make sure to give hand over and take hand over.
Perform all guest check-in and check-out procedures.
Obtain or confirm guest information, assign rooms, activate and distribute keys.
Collect payment for room charges and other fees.
Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
Check and send emails and make confirmation reservations.
Inform guests of hotel amenities and offerings.
Inform guests of hotel rules.
Communicate with housekeeping room service.
