Project Title: REAL (Reading Empowerment for all Leaners)

Problem Statement: The return to in-person classrooms has shown a number of non-
readers and a high degree of frustration, despite efforts to enhance
reading abilities through an online reading program during the
pandemic.

Objective: To consistently address the disparities in students' reading


performance in Filipino and English by offering reading interventions
through contextualized methodologies and programs.

Root Cause: Low performance is due to the implementation of modular distance


learning in recent years.
