Task 2
1. Read the task instructions.

In your urban planning class, you have been discussing the importance of architecture and city planning this last
week. Your teacher has asked you to write an opinion essay about the benefits and drawbacks of creating
socially and economically mixed residential areas in your city. Be sure to include:

 your opinion and arguments to support it.

 opposing arguments, as well as the justification for why they (do not) work.
 an introduction and a conclusion.

Write your answer using 200-220 words. (SB p.41 ex.5)
