JOB PROFILE:-
 Shooting review and modify of JB Schedule, Cable Schedule, I/O assignment,
Interconnection Schedule as per site requirement.
 DCS and PLC checking, IO Panel channel error and Its rectification.
 Handling all of filed Instruments and control room instruments used in Ash handling
system. The calibration and testing used in Thermal Power Plant (Make-OSM Engg).
 Operation and Maintenance of Air Compressor (Make-Altas Copco, ELGI).
 Control valve calibration, On/Off valve calibration (Make- Mill)
All Type Transmitter Such as (PT, TT, LT, FT Make-Rosemount, Siemens).
 All temperature measurement calibration such as (RTD and Thermocouple)
Vibration Probe – Operation and Maintenance, checking and setting of
Proximity Switch (Make – Bently Nevada, Shinkawa Motorized Valve checking and
Troubleshooting (Make- Auma, Rotork).
  Cable scheduling, Routing, Laying, Termination, Interconnection scheduling, JB
Scheduling, Testing and loop checking of various Instruments such as Dome
Cylinder , Solenoid Operating valve, Pressure Switch, Pressure Gauge, Air Limit
Switch, Air Filter Regulator Etc.
 Execution Plan as per priority and schedule with safety and Quality in execution.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION :-

 ITI (INSTRUMENT MECHANIC) Passed From NCVT 2014.

 DIPLOMA in ELECTRONIC AND TELECOMMUNITION Passed from
CSVTU Bhilai in 2022.
 Short Technical Training Completed of PLC, SCADA, HMI & VFD from
Strugger Innovations Visakhapatnam (Period Dec 2023- Feb 2024).

TECHNICAL SKILLS :-

 Working on PLC Ladder Language Siemens 1200, Siemens Scada, HMI Siemens,
VFD Siemens.
