Sign On Bonus Policy
1.0 Policy Statement
This document outlines the Sign On Bonus requirements and payout process.
1.1 Purpose
This document outlines the steps involved in Sign On Bonus requirements and payout process to
achieve calibration/alignment among Talent Acquisition, Finance and Delivery leaders.
1.2 Objectives
1.1.1 To define the requirements for a candidate to be eligible for Sign On Bonus incentive.
1.2.2 To provide guidelines on payout terms and conditions.
1.3 Scope/Limitations/Users
The document covers Sign On Bonus, Completion Bonus, Retention Bonus and other similar
items related to bonuses that are given to external or internal Concentrix employees to fill classes.
This process is applicable to both advisors and non-advisors that are within the scope of the PH
Talent Acquisition team. This does not include the processes involving Workday and does not
cover those hired by the Talent Acquisition corporate team. This document covers all members of
the PH Talent Acquisition team and can also be used when onboarding other non-TA
stakeholders.
This document does not cover the SOB payout process and/or Recovery process in case of
errors in payouts.
2.0 Definitions

Candidate must meet all of the requirements listed below to be eligible for the Sign On
Bonus:
4.1.1 Candidate must be hired for the specific position and program/account
offering Sign On Bonus as approved by Competency Leader, Finance and
Recruitment Leader.
4.1.2 Candidate must be onboarded within the dates specified by both Competency
and Recruitment Leader.
4.1.3 Candidate must be officially employed by Concentrix on the dates specified,
corresponding to the account that s/he is assigned to.
4.1.4 Candidates who went through Near-Hire Training (NHT) are not qualified to
receive Sign On Bonus.
4.1.5 Candidates who are redeployed from other accounts or departments, and
those who may later on be redeployed to other programs or accounts or
departments during/within the milestones indicated in the SOB, are not
qualified to receive the Sign On Bonus.
4.2 Requirements
4.2.1 The eligible employee must be an active employee (i.e. reporting for work, not
on leave, not AWOL) of Concentrix and is in the account/program offering the
Sign-On-Bonus upon receipt of the Sign On Bonus payout. If the employee
resigns or gets separated from the Company, for whatever reason, the Sign
On Bonus provisions will also be discontinued effective the date of
resignation or separation.
4.2.2 Employees who are removed from the program/account due to non-
certification or other reasons related to non-performance before regularization
will be disqualified to receive the Sign On Bonus.
4.2.3 Employees become ineligible if transferred/redeployed to another account or
program within the milestone period for whatever reason, regardless whether
employee-initiated or company-initiated.
4.2.4 Only qualified applicants who have a duly signed Sign On Bonus Guidelines
document attached to their 201 File will be allowed to claim the Sign On
Bonus.
4.2.5 Any new incentive promo beyond this period will not be applicable to this
application.
4.2.6 Concentrix reserves the option to waive the employee’s eligibility to receive
other special variable bonuses within the course of employment, relative to
this Sign On bonus.
4.2.7 Eligible employees who have attendance issues (RTWO, prolonged
unauthorized absences), level 3 disciplinary actions, and prolonged leaves
(LOA) will result to the forfeiture of the Sign On Bonus.

5.1.3 Sign On Bonus amount other than the Standard Payout may be offered with
the approval of Competency Leader, Finance and Recruitment Leader.
5.2 Schedule
5.2.1 Sign On Bonus will be paid out if all eligibility requirements have been met.
5.2.2 Sign On Bonus will be credited to the employee’s payroll account within 4
payroll payout dates after completion of the required tenure mentioned.

5.3.6 Claw back of Sign On Bonus may be waived if stipulated on the account
SOW or with approval of both Competency and Recruitment Leader
This policy supersedes any other policy or process that is contrary to the afore-stated.
Management reserves the right to revise or amend this policy at its discretion with due notice.
Apart from the forfeiture SOB, any violation to the terms and conditions stated in the policy and
neglect of duties identified herein will result to disciplinary sanctions as provided by the Unified
Code of Discipline and Ethics which may result to termination of employment, subject to
compliance with the requirements of due process. Reference: Unified Code of Discipline and
Ethics - version 9.
