Madam:

As per Division Memorandum No. 618, s. 2023, Announcement of Job Vacancies for Head
Teacher Position, I am stating my desire to apply the position of a Head Teacher I vacancies. At
present, I am a Teacher III in Antonio C. Esguerra Memorial National High School, a Science
Teacher, Department Head of Science Department and a designated School Property Custodian in
Antonio C. Esguerra Memorial National High School for 16 years.

I have completed the academic requirements of thirty (30) units leading to the degree of Master of
Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) major in Science and earned an additional six (6) units from Summer of
2019 to the First Semester SY 2019 – 2020.

It is my aim to match my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate and dynamic

Head Teacher who will make a positive contribution to the school and community where it belongs.

I appreciate your consideration and want you to know that I’m ready to go through with the
