Preparation:
• The Mixing Ratio is 1:6 (25kgs (CartoGum) : 150Lts water)
• First Fill 100 ltr water and sprinkle 25kgs of CartoGum
powder without creating lumps with continuous stirring
at 1000 rpm for 15 min.
• Then add the balance water of 50 ltr and stirrer the
solution well about 15 min at the same 1000 rpm.
• Allow this solution to stand for 30 min without any
disturbance. Now the Solution is ready to use.

The CartoBind that we offer is a partially hydrolyzed starch, which is


manufactured from premium quality starch. This is available in many
grades to suit the requirements of the clients. The ratio may vary
depending on clients from 1:4 to 1:8.

PREPARATION
- The Mixing Ratio is 1:6 (20kgs (Cold paste) : 120Lts water)
- First Fill 80 ltr water and add 18.3kgs of Cold Paste powder without creating lumps
with continuous stirring at 1000 rpm for 15 min.
- Then add gradually Sodium Hydroxide or Caustic soda flakes(1.8) chemical at the
same 1000 rpm. The solution will get paste form. Now the solution will be changed as
to mild brownish to dark brown color.
- Then add the balance water of 40 ltr and stirrer the solution well about 15 min at the
same 1000 rpm.
- Allow this solution to stand for 30 min without any disturbance. Now the Solution is
ready to use.

SPECIFICATIONS
• Appearance: White Color fine powder
• pH: Max 10
• Viscosity in B4 cup (Ratio 1:6 & Temp: 30°C): 30 to 45 sec
• Moisture : Max 10%
• Ash : Max 2.5%

PREPARATION
• The Mixing Ratio is 1:6 (25kgs (CartoBind) : 150Lts water)
• First Fill 100 ltr water and sprinkle 25kgs of CartoBind powder without
creating lumps with continuous stirring at 1000 rpm for 5 min.
• Then add the balance water of 50 ltrand stirrer the solution well about 10
min at the same 1000 rpm.
• After that cook the solution for 85°C for 15min.
• Allow this solution to stand for 30 min without any disturbance. Now the
Solution is ready to use.

WHITRIN
• Whitrinare prepared by heat treatment in presence of
chemicals to suitably modify characteristics and
properties of starch.

•The severity of the treatment determines the degree of


solubility, which is the basis of classifying or grading
dextrin.

•Finished Dextrinsare very fine powder varying in color


from pure white to off white.
