HOW TO REDEEM
Visitors will be asked to input their ID Number and show their vaccination certificate through the Jakarta Kini
(JAKI) app, or PeduliLindungi app or vaccination certificate in printed form at the gate before entering.
Show or scan the Traveloka voucher on your phone along with your ID card and the vaccination certificate at
the ticket office to receive a physical ticket. Please adjust the brightness of your mobile phone screen before
scanning the QR code on your voucher.
Only your Traveloka voucher is valid. Your payment receipt or proof of payment may not be used to enter.

This booking is non-refundable. This policy applies once your booking is confirmed.

The park's operating hours are subject to change at any time without prior notice according to health protocols
and policies from local authorities.
Only fully vaccinated (2nd dose) visitors or those who can show green status on PeduliLindungi app who are
allowed to enter the location.
Ancol appreciates your participation in adhering to the protocol from the government to protect everyone,
together.

To maintain health protocols by preventing crowds, visitors will apply restrictions on visiting hours especially on
the beach Symphony of The Sea area by dividing:
1. Session 1: 06.00 - 11.00 WIB
2. Session 2: 11.00 - 16.00 WIB
3. Session 3: 16.00 - 21.00 WIB
This visiting hour restriction only applies to the beach Symphony of The Sea area. Outside of the visiting hours
above, visitors can still do recreation according to operating hours at Dunia Fantasi, Seaworld Ancol, Ocean
Dream Samudra, Faunaland, Gondola, Allianz Ecopark, Pasar Seni, Pantai Indah, Pantai Festival, and
Restaurants.
In adherence to health protocols, visitors are prohibited from swimming on the beach for the time being.
Your voucher can only be used for 1 time to enter Ancol Taman Impian Main Gate.
This ticket does not include vehicle admission ticket.
Children under 12 years old are allowed entry to Ancol Taman Impian as long as they are accompanied by a
guardian.
Visitors are required to undergo a body temperature check upon entering the area. Visitors with body
temperature above 37.3 degrees Celsius will not be permitted to enter.
Visitors are required to wear a mask at all times.
Visitors are required to keep a physical distance of at least 2 meters from others.
Only cashless transactions will be received.
Parking within the premises will be limited and entry points may be redirected (please check with the attraction
directly).
Visitors are encouraged to bring their own eating utensils.
Prayer mats and other shared religious items will not be provided in prayer rooms within Ancol Taman Impian,
so visitors are required to bring their own.
