Arrival & Departure Information
• CHECK-IN TIME
• Check-in time is 3pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if
you will arrive early and we'll do our best, without any promises! We suggest you refer to the
section on what to do if you arrive early - there is plenty to keep you entertained!
• CHECK-OUT TIME
• Check-out time is strictly 11am. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but
you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost
impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
• Late Check Out: RM50/ hour

in instructions
Registration and getting your
key
• If you're driving, park the car at the waiting area
(in front of entrance of Commercial Lobby
A) before passing through the guard.
• Proceed to register yourself at the receptionist.

• After registration, go to Mailbox room and look
for mailbox A-28-3A and passcode is: 321
• Inside the mailbox you will find the access card
and key to for your room.
Access to Carpark

• After registration and collected the access card,


use it to access the carpark.
• Drive towards Level 6. The parking lot number
for the unit is #58, please park at the
right parking lot provided to avoid clamping of
vehicle.
• Walk to the access door A to enter the lift using
the access card.
Getting to your unit A-28-3A
(if you are not driving)
• If you do not have a car and do not require a
parking lot, then you may proceed straight to
your unit through Door A using your access
card.
• Take note to access all facilities in
Continew Residences, you will need to have this
key card at all times.
Getting to your unit A-28-3A (Elevator)

• After you have entered the lift, scan the black


area pad below the numbers using the access
card.
• Once you hear an affirmative
“beep” sound, press Level 28 to access your unit
floor.

(Electronic Door)
• Press the middle of the door pad for the keypad
to appear. Once it appear, the passcode is
558822#.
• To lock the door, just close the door and it'll be
automatically locked.
WIFI / INTERNET DETAILS
• The house has free Wi-Fi. The details are:
• Name: A-28-3A
• Password: ContinewA283a
• The service is provided for your enjoyment but you are responsible for safe
and appropriate use and complying with all laws. If there is any loss of
services please contact us.
Using the Kitchen
• Turn on all the switches available in the kitchen,
then touch the circle with I in the middle
to activate the hotplate.
• Once the hotplate is activated, simply slide your
finger on the meter to control the heat.
• Please also pull the kitchen hood to activate it so
there will be no food or oil odor from the result
of your cooking. Happy cooking!
Using the washroom (Hot Water)
• Continew Residences use boiler technology for water heating
in the washroom. This means after turning the water
boiler switch on, it will take up to 5-15min before you can use
hot water in the washroom.
• Our housekeeper would have normally turned them on when
they are preparing the unit for you. However in case they did
not, please turn them on and you will be able to utilize hot
water in the washroom after 5-15min of turning them on.
• You may leave the switch on throughout the duration of your
stay.
Using the Washroom (Rainforest Shower)
• By default your shower will be using the smaller
showerhead when you use it.
• However if you wish to use the rainforest
showerhead, simply pull the handle above the
shower handle while the water is running.
House Rules
• NO SMOKING, NO DURIAN, NO PETS and NO DRUGS allowed in the premises or penalties will be
made. Penalty as RM500.
• Lower down your volume after 12 midnight.
• Messed and cause horrible dirt will be charged with RM200.
• Take off shoes inside the house.
• Do not make noise in the elevators, hallways, lobby, etc…
• Lost key/ access card will be charged RM200/ card for replacement.
• Turn off all the switches such as air conditioner, water heater, lights before you leave.
• If there’s any damage found or lost items in the property after your stay, it will be deemed as your liability
and charges will be made
Check out process
1. Take a photo of the bedroom, living room and kitchen and kindly send it to me
2. Make sure none of your valuable belongings are left behind. We are not
responsible for any lost items
3. TURN OFF air-conditions & lights. LOCK the door before leaving
4. Put the access card and key back to the same initial metal locker box (If you're
driving, do exit first before returning the access card & key)
5. Take a picture of the keys and send it to me before locking it back
6. We hope you had a wonderful holiday and wish you safe travels back home. We'd

Facility: Swimming Pool
Operation Hour: 7am –
10pm
• The infinity swimming pool for Continew
Residence is located at Level 8
• There is also a sand box and a kids swimming
pool at the same floor.
• You must wear the appropriate swimming
attire for using the swimming pool (eg
swimming trunks, swim suit etc)
• Please dry yourself thoroughly before using
the lift to go back to your unit, the water from
your use of swimming pool might damage the
said lift if you use it in wet condition.
Facility: Gym
Operation Hour: 7am – 10pm
• With your access card, you also have the access to the gym
• To access it, simply head to the lift and go to level 9 to access
the gym. You may also access the gym at from the swimming pool
by taking the staircase.
Facility: Sky Deck & Sky Garden
Operation Hour: 7am – 10pm
• To access to the Sky Deck, simply head to the lift and go to Level
42 or Level 49.
• Sky Garden is located on Level 22 & 32. Once you exit from the
lift, turn left and walk towards the end of hallway and the garden
will be on your right.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
• Water Heater not working?
• Make sure that the Water Heater is turned on. It is located right beside of the light switch for the
bathroom
• Leave the Water Heater on for around 5-15min (depending on the weather temperature) to ensure that
there will be hot water
• Wi-Fi not working?
• 1. Turn off everything, including the power cable.
• 2. Wait for 5 mins
• 3. Turn it on again
• 4. If it is still not working, WhatsApp or Call me (012 271 5548)
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
• Where to throw garbage?
• Walk out of the door, turn right, go into the 'Service Lift Lobby A' and you will see the
refuse room on your right.
• Can I store luggage before check in or after check-out time?
• No, but do let me know early if you would like to store your luggage. There might be a
slight chance that the next guest will be checking- in late. Will not promise about it but
you can try and ask.

• What’s the checkout time?
• The checkout time will be 11am.
• Can I checkout late?
• No, you must checkout at 11am. Under certain situation, if you would like to request a
late checkout, do let us know and we’ll check whether when will our next guest will be
checking-in (Subject to Availability). For late checkout request, we will charge
Rm50/hour until 3pm or the price of 1 night (price may vary) if checkout after 3pm.
