Examination-In-chief

I am Sarpanch of village Wadegaon. On 30.9.2006, at

morning hours Chhotelal Sawwalakhe informed me that one dead body of a
girl was found in the canal. I then went to that place. Then I found that one
dead body was there in the canal water in the bushes with back at upside. I
then went to Andhalgaon police station and told them about that dead body.

2. That dead body was swelled as drowning. Witness

volunteers that, that deadbody was not taken out in my presence.
