“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (BDC)”

WHEREAS, Section 114 (a) of Republic Act No. 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991
provides that “the policies, programs and projects proposed by the local development
council shall be submitted to the sanggunian concerned for appropriate action’’;

WHEREAS, the body deemed it necessary to approve the Barangay Development Council;
NOW THEREFORE, on joint motion of the body, be it;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to adopt and approve Barangay Development Council,

hereto attached.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to pass this Resolution to all offices concerned for information and
record purposes;

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 25th day of June, 2019 at Barangay Hall Maddarulug,
Solana, Cagayan.
