Dear Parents,

Trust this letter finds you all fine.

Kindly take note of the following :

1) 2nd term exams are over today but there is a last week of school
from Monday 15th July to Friday 19th July. It is an important week
as educators will hand over exam scripts to students and discuss the
exam questions with them.
2) There will be an OPEN DAY on Friday 19th July 2024 at the college for
Parents/Responsible Parties to collect their wards’ academic reports
and meet the educators. The time schedule will be as follows:
8.25 – 10.10 : Parents meet educators
10.10 – 10.25 : Tea Break
10.25 – 12.30 : Parents meet educators
3) School will break up on Friday 19th July 2024 for the winter holidays.
4) 3rd term resumes on Monday 12th August 2024.
5) A meeting will be convened for all parents of Grade 9 and 9+ on
Friday 16th August 2024 at 9.00 in the gymnasium with regard to
the way forward for Grade 10. A reminder will be sent in due time.
6) All students who have not done well in 2nd term exams are requested
to make the most of the winter break to do some remedial work.
 Students sitting for NCE, SC and HSC should aim at having good
grades at these national exams as good grades contribute
significantly to future success in life by attracting more
opportunities.
7) Very Important : As per MoE instructions, Google classroom will
become the common platform for online teaching. Kindly create a
gmail address for your ward as soon as possible if he does not have
