Outline & Preparation


This scope of work provides comprehensive guidelines for the efficient and
systematic maintenance and servicing of 3-cylinder Deutz diesel engines (912/913
series).
Work Scope
The following schedule is structured to encompass yearly, semi-annual (6 months),
quarterly (3 months), and 21-day intervals, detailing the specific servicing
requirements for each period.

 Moving Parts: Belts, pulleys, and fans.


 Hot Surfaces: Exhaust manifold, engine block, coolant.
 Abrasive Edges: Cuts or lacerations from sharp edges on engine components
Relevant hazards or tools.
 Noise: Exposure to high noise levels from engine operation.
 Heavy Lifting: Engine block required tools.
