Pre-Job Checklist
1. Is this the latest revision of this Procedure? If not, obtain the latest revision prior to commencing work.
2. Review the relevant JSAs during the tool box meeting if needed or applicable
4. Step back – Check for any unforeseen hazards that may be present (i.e. hazards present that are not listed
above)
5. Consider what chemicals or other materials may be contained in the equipment. If necessary, review any
relevant MSDS’s
6. Ensure all steps within this procedure are read through and understood prior to commencing the task. Anything
that is unclear should be clarified with the Production Supervisor.

in accordance with Bridgeport’s document control protocols. Amendments are to be documented and records are to
be maintained in the Document Revision Register below. In addition, the SOP Register as well as the Bridgeport Energy
Master Document Register is to be updated to reflect any such amendments.
