Dear Mr Trung Kien,

Based on Government Decree 43/2022 authorized by the Vietnam’s National Assembly on 24/6/2023, the
VAT rate in Vietnam will be reduced from 10% to 8% from 1 July 2023 till 31 December 2023. As such, we
are reflecting the change accordingly in our F.I.T. Contract. Kindly refer to the revised rate table below.
