TENANCY AGREEMENT

This Tenancy Agreement is made on this 12th July of 2024 (Two


Thousand Twenty-Four) in the Christian era.
BETWEEN
RAKESH KUMAR S/o. Madan Roy, by faith – Hindu, by
occupation: Business, of residing at Holding No. 2/1, Sthirpara
Road, jagannath Colony, P.S. Jagaddal, P.O. Mondalpara, Pin.
743127, in the district of North 24 Parganas, in the state of West
Bengal, hereinafter called and referred to be as the FIRST
PARTY/LANDLORD of the First Part;
AND

AMIT SINGH S/o. Krit Narayan SIngh, by faith – Hindu, by


occupation: Business, of residing at Vill. Bishnupur, Near Kali
sthan, Taraura, Dist. Vaishali, in the state of Bihar, hereinafter
called and referred to be as the SECOND PARTY/TENANT of the
SECOND PART;

WHEREAS, the First Party is the absolute owner of a Room along
with a Bathroom and Kitchen lying and situated at Holding No.
2/1, Sthirpara Road, jagannath Colony, P.S. Jagaddal, P.O.
Mondalpara, Pin. 743127, in the district of North 24 Parganas, in
the state of West Bengal and being the owner of the said Property,
the first Party Have entered into this agreement with the Second
Party on the following terms and conditions: -
01. That this agreement is made for a period for 11 Months
which has already commenced from 10.07.2024 to 09.06.2025.
02. That after the expiry of this agreement i.e., 09.06.2025 the
second party will have to handover the vacant possession of the
said tenanted portion to the first party.
03. That the Second Party have paid an Amount of Rs. 20,000/-
(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) to the First Party as Security
Money or advance Money on the day of execution of this
Agreement which is Refundable in Nature and it will be refundable
without any interest on the date of expiry of this agreement that
mean on 09.06.2025 (Date on which the 2nd party will vacant the
Schedule Mentioned tenanted Room/Flat).
04. That the First Party shall let out the said tenanted portion
to the Second Party at the monthly rental basis of Rs. 8,000/-
(Rupees Eight Thousand) only per month excluding electric
charges.
05. That the Second Party shall use the said tenanted portion
for his residential purpose only.
06. That the Second Party will not store any illegal or any
combustible articles at the said tenanted premises.
07. That the Second Party cannot sub – let the said tenanted
portion to any other third party/Party and shall not make any
addition and alteration repairing works without any consent of the
First Party.

743127, in the district of North 24 Parganas, in the state of West
Bengal.
IN WITNESSESS WHEREOF, both the Party put their respective
hands as a token of acceptance on this deed on the day, month
and year first above written.
