Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive at uBreathe, you will play a critical role in driving our business
forward by managing and expanding our corporate gifting, e-commerce and offline revenue
channels. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, managing sales
processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Corporate Gifting:

 Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their gifting needs
and provide tailored solutions.
 Manage the entire business development cycle from lead generation to closing deals,
ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that
attract corporate clients.

2) E-commerce Channel:

 Oversee the daily operation of uBreathe E-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless


shopping experience for the customers.
 Identifying and on boarding on E-commerce channels.
 Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage product listings.
 Analyse sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

3) Partner Channel Management and Building:

 Identify and develop new revenue channels to expand uBreathe market reach.
 Maintain and optimize existing partners and channels to maximize revenue.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all
partners and channels.

Qualification Needed:
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 Proven experience in building client relationships or customer acquisition is desirable.
 Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
 Salary Budget: 6 lakhs per annum ( up to 3 lakhs fixed and 3 lakhs variable incentive)
 Experience Needed: 0-2 years
