Job Description Business Development Executive
As a Business Development Executive at uBreathe, you will play a critical role in driving our business
forward by managing and expanding our corporate gifting, e-commerce and offline revenue
channels. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, managing sales
processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Corporate Gifting:
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their gifting needs
and provide tailored solutions.
Manage the entire business development cycle from lead generation to closing deals,
ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that
attract corporate clients.
2) E-commerce Channel:
Identify and develop new revenue channels to expand uBreathe market reach.
Maintain and optimize existing partners and channels to maximize revenue.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all
partners and channels.
Qualification Needed:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in building client relationships or customer acquisition is desirable.
Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Salary Budget: 6 lakhs per annum ( up to 3 lakhs fixed and 3 lakhs variable incentive)
Experience Needed: 0-2 years
