Office Order Hearty Congratulations

In pursuance to the approval of competent authority, Shri N. R. Dhuda, Junior Engineer

working at HT – II Sub Division Rajkot under Rajkot City Circle is here by promoted /
absorbed to the post of Deputy Engineer in the pay scale of 55,600 - 1,10,100 and posted
at Corporate Office Rajkot, purely on ad-hoc basis promotion.

Further, he will be automatically reverted to his original post (Junior Engineer) as and when
any deputed Deputy Engineer Repatriates to PGVCL or any ad-hoc promoted Executive
Engineer reverted. Similarly, if no any deputed Deputy Engineer repatriates or ad-hoc
promoted Executive Engineer reverted, he will be automatically confirmed to the post of
Deputy Engineer.

His pay will be fixed as per S.R. 102 (b), if he is not drawing Higher Grade.

He is held eligible for joining time, composite transfer grants etc. as per Company’s rules.

He is posted under H.T.- CPC at Corporate Office Rajkot.

He should take over the charge immediately failing which the ad-hoc promotion / absorption
order shall stand cancelled without any further notice and if he is drawing Higher Grade the
benefit of Higher Grade granted to him will be forfeited from the date of issuance of this
order.

He stands relieved.
