1. ALL DIMENSIONS USED HEREIN ARE IN MILLIMETERS (MM)

UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED;

2. REFER TO R12-I00C28-RCO-CAL-ST-0016 FOR THE DESIGN

CALCULATION;

3. CONCRETE COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH:

- LEAN CONCRETE: 20 MPA (SRC);
- FOUNDATION: 35 MPA (SRC);
- RETAINING WALL: 35 MPA (SRC);
- SLAB & STEPS: 35 MPA (OPC);

4. ALL REINFORCEMENT ARE GRADE 60;

5. ALL CONCRETE IN CONTACT WITH SOIL WILL BE APPLIED WITH

2 COATS OF BITUMNOUS PAINT;

6. FOR SOIL UNDER FOUNDATION, FDT SHALL BE CONDUCTED

WITH MINIMUM 95% MDD & ANTI-TERMITE APPLICATION SHALL
BE MADE IMMEDIATELY AFTER DRYING THE SURFACE, 1000 GAUGE
(250 MICRIONS) POLYTHENE SHEET SHOULD BE INSTALLED PRIOR
TO POURING OF S.O.G CONCRETE.
