Dear Father:

Good Day!

In line with Fire Prevention Month, and as part of our school safety program and
effectiveness in our organization’s emergency preparedness and response in case of
earthquakes, fires, accidents, and emergency, we want to raise the awareness of
earthquake, fire hazards, accidents and emergency procedures and protocols in our
School and learn safety procedures and first aiding in the event of an emergency
situation, by training the Employees, Junior High School Students and Senior High
School Student (Grade 7 - Grade 12 Learners ).

In connection with this, we would like to humbly request in your good office to
conduct an earthquake and fire seminar, as well as actual drill in our premises from
Bureau of Fire Protection if possible, this coming March, 29 2023, Wednesday,
7:30 am - 11:30 am. This will be held at Colegio San Nicolas de Tolentino –
Recoletos.
