Job Description

1. Solu�ons & Strategy:

This opportunity will offer the chance to work with Technology and Domain leaders at GAVS Technologies, to help shape new,
cu�ng edge solu�ons for markets that GAVS Technologies in targe�ng. You will work with the Solu�ons & Strategy leadership
to:

� Review domain and technology trends based on GAVS’ strategic priori�es

� Review market demand and iden�fy prospec�ve client base

� Iden�fy poten�al solu�on areas for prospec�ve clientele based on domain and technology areas / relevant market base

� Drive the build of detailed solu�on blueprints to meet demands of prospec�ve clientele

� Engage GAVS leadership and presen�ng a business case for inves�ng in, and developing new solu�on use cases

2. Business Analyst:

� Work closely with the developers and quality analysts to translate the func�onal requirements into technical tasks and
arrive at a development and tes�ng es�mates
Develop a deeper func�onal understanding of the complete pla�orm and act as a liaison between the product/business
teams and the technology team
Have an inclina�on towards understanding the technical implementa�on of the func�onal requirements (be a tech BA when
needed)

� Elicit Requirements and develop Business use cases

� Requirements management and communica�on to development team and other stakeholders

� Prepara�on and maintenance of business analysis documents

� Design coordina�on

� Ac�ve collabora�on with project technical team and management for planning, resolving issues and assessment

� Understands Agile methodologies

� Well versed with Business Process Management process and tools

� Well versed with Product Management aspects
