Keto Breadstick Recipe

These easy keto breadsticks are seriously delicious and quick to create!
They make the perfect appetizer, snack or addition to your low carb menu
planning.

Ingredients
1 oz Philadelphia cream cheese cubed
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
2 tsp everything bagel seasoning
1 egg white or whole egg

Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with
parchment paper. Combine the dry ingredients, almond flour and
baking powder in a stand mixer with paddle attachment.
2. 2. Place cream cheese and mozzarella cheese into a microwave safe
dish. Microwave on high in 30 second intervals, stirring between, until
the cheese is completely melted. This usually takes about 2 minutes.
3. 3. Add the cheese mixture to the stand mixer and combine with the
almond flour. Scrape down the sides and remove cheese from the
paddle with a rubber spatula if necessary.
4. 4. Add the egg and combine into a soft dough.
5. 5. Place the dough in the refrigerator to cool for 30 minutes.
6. Tip: Chilling the dough makes it easier to cut and work with.
7. 6. Place the dough ball between two sheets of plastic wrap and use a
rolling pin to flatten it into a rectangular shape about 1/4" thick.
8. 7. Use a pizza cutter or butter knife (the duller, the better) to cut the
dough into 1" x 4" strips.
9. 8. Twist each strip of dough and place them onto the prepared cookie
sheet.9. In a small bowl, beat the egg / egg white with a fork. Brush the
egg over each breadstick. Sprinkle with everyday bagel seasoning.
10. 10. Bake for 10 minutes until the tops of the breadsticks start to turn
golden.
