What You Will Do

L’Oreal Paris Brand Engagement Team is looking for an ambitious, creative, strategic junior marketer to
support owned social programming & execution to drive brand advocacy and brand love.

Under direction of the AVP, Social Media & Influencer this person will support L’Oréal Paris’ overall
owned social strategy by managing day-to-day programming and key advocacy initiatives.

Support BE Team & Category Social Leads to execute cohesive owned social strategy. Drive the
execution of our social calendar across current priority platforms: TikTok, X, and emerging platforms

Schedule social media posts across channels (FB, X, TikTok), copywrite post captions

Develop and/or lead briefing for lo-fi social content for brand equity & tentpole moments, cross-
category & support social leads to fill owned social content gaps

Work in lockstep with our CCC team to share out brand priorities, oversee execution of strategy,
maintain calendars and set meeting agendas

Develop UGC creator content strategy to be used on owned social platforms. Manage outreach, briefs,
contracting & payment

Support manger and social leads to source high quality UGC and request rights for brand reposts

Support one-off product mailings to influencers and consumers via surprise & delight tactics in
partnership with CCC

Work within Sprinklr to ensure the brand maintains a 100% reply rate

Order, track, maintain product inventory through online warehouse portal for influencer or social shoot
needs

What We Are Looking For

Undergraduate degree completed within the last 12 months

Must have strong communication and organizational skills

Interest in beauty/fashion; keen eye for trends

Must have existing familiarity with social media influencers

Must be familiar with priority and emerging social platform capabilities (ex: Tik Tok) and best practices
per platform

Thrive in a fast-paced environment


Legally authorized to work in the US on a fulltime, permanent, and ongoing basis without requiring

ABOUT THE POSITION:


Anchin is seeking a talented & dedicated Marketing Temp to join our Advisory group's marketing team.
The individual will play an instrumental role in research, building and maintaining our CRM database,
event production and a variety of projects for the many Advisory service groups. There will be emphasis
on data analytics and reporting, based on web metrics, social media analytics, email marketing and the
business development pipeline. The individual should also be comfortable with writing and content
marketing, as well as event coordination.

Our ideal candidate should also have some experience and interest in research and data hygiene. This
individual needs to have experience conducting thorough and accurate research, meeting deadlines, and
effectively communicating project status with fellow team members and other colleagues.

The Marketing Temp position is a part-time, hourly role that would require a minimum of 3 days per
week or 20-25 hours, and is an excellent opportunity for an extremely organized, detail-oriented person.
The position has potential of becoming permanent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain and update CRM/databases, using online research and other sources of information to
improve firm communication and reach.

Assist with marketing-related activities across-the-board; this may include drafting ad/social media copy
or articles, branding exercises, maintaining giveaway inventory, handling invoices, and other projects as
needed.

Perform Business Development research for Advisory groups.

Assist with events, networking receptions and industry group conferences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or equivalent experience.

Experience:
Familiarity with MS Dynamics or other CRM and marketing automation software.

Extremely detail-oriented person.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).

Ability to work independently, and in a fast paced, often changing environment.

Familiarity with project management tools a plus.

Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter) and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite) a
plus.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly salary in the range of $35 to $45, based on the individual's experience level.
