Terms & Conditions;

a) The quoted price is ex-our works, Ludhiana.
b) Storage media cost extra as actual.
c) GST @ 18% extra.
d) The order shall be considered as confirmed with 40% as an advance and delivery after
balance payment.
e) Proofing material shall be watermarked.
f) Approved media entitles transfer of copyrights in your name after balance payment prior to
delivery.
g) All unedited videos & still photos shall be transferred along delivery of finished goods.
h) Delivery schedule 01 - 02 weeks after confirmation of order.
i) Transfer of copyrights in your name seizes our responsibility of your media backup.
j) This quotation is valid for a period of 60 days only.
