APPOINTMENT LETTER

No 28, Janakiraman Street,
West Mambalam Chennai.

Dear Sir,
we are pleased to inform you that we hired you in our organisations as Sales Head
(Sales Admin) on the following terms and conditions. Your continuity of services will
be without any break in services from the Date of Joining of the transferor company,
with all continuity in benefits (i.e., Transferor company: Sri Krishna Sweets to
Transferee Company: Sri Krishna Sweets Private Limited)

1. You will be on probation for period of six months from your date of joining. Your
probation period may be extended for a further period / periods as decided by the
Management. During the period of probation / extended probation if you desire of
quitting or resigning the job you have to give one month notice in advance or salary in
lieu of notice period. The decision of management is final in this aspect. Similarly, if
the management desires to send you out during the probation period the management
without assigning any reason by paying one month salary will discharge you from
services.

2. After Completion of probation / extended probation unless and until an order to the
effect of confirmation issued in writing by the management you are still under
probation and the question of deemed confirmation is not tenable. After confirmation
if you desire of quitting or resigning the job you have to give two months’ notice in
advance or salary in lieu of notice for the said notice period the management decision
is final in this regard. Similarly, if the management decided to discharge you from
services by paying two months’ salary it will discharge you from service.

3. During the probation period you will be paid monthly Salary Rs. 1,13,000 (One
Lakh Thirteen Thousand only)

4. Depending upon your efficiency, punctuality, skill, attitude, your contribution to the
growth of our company and other similar aspects etc. you will be paid Annual
increment as decided by the management.
5. You have to be sincere in discharging your duties and responsibilities. You should
discharge your duties efficiently and best of your ability and you should not do or
cause to be done anything against the interest of the company.

6. You have to follow the rules & regulations of the company as well as the
instructions issued by the superiors and the management from the time to time.

7. During your employment with our company, you shall not engage yourself in any
other business or occupation directly or indirectly for any other person, firm or
company/organization whether with or without remuneration nor will you engage
yourself or be interested directly or indirectly in any trade or business either as
employer or employee or partner or adviser or in any other capacity and shall devote
your whole time, and skill to the faithful and diligent performance of your utmost
endeavor to promote the interest of the company.

8. You are liable to be transferred or deputed from one department to another


department / section to other section / one job to other job / shift to other shift or any
of the branch offices, establishment, any associates concerns / sister concerns etc., or
any other place in relation to the business which are in existence and also new
companies, units, offices that may come into existence in future. The same will be at
the discretion of the Management as may be required from time to time considering
the exigencies of business. You are bound by the orders/ instructions of the
Management in the regard.

9. You must effectively perform to achieve desired result and you will be expected to
work extra hours to achieve this whenever the job so requires.

13. If any time during your employment you are found guilty of misconduct or any
willful breach or continuous negligence of the terms of this appointment letter or rules
or dereliction of duties and /or instruction given to you from time to time the
management may without any notice or payment in lieu of any notice put an end and
terminate your employment with the company. You will be deemed to have brought
about such a situation by your misconduct compelling the management to put an end
to your services and you shall, therefore, continue to be liable all losses, damages to
the company.

13. You shall not, under any circumstances either directly or indirectly, received or
accept for own benefits any commission, rebate, discount, gift or profit of any nature
from any individual, company or firm having business transaction with the company.
14. You shall bear own taxation which shall be deducted from your salary and / or
other dues. You shall be eligible to become a member of the firm/
company’s/provident fund as per rules. For going on duty out the place employment,
you will governed by the T.A.Rules of the company / organization as are in force from
time to time.

15. You will abide by the service rules and standing orders of the company.

16. You will consider for increment on satisfactory completion of your training /
Probation period from the date of joining in our company and it is not a matter of right
to claim an increment after completion of the said period. The company decision is
final in this regard.

17. The Date of Birth in the service record is final and is not liable to change
subsequently. The age of retirement from the company’s services is 58 years. You are
completing 58 years of age as on 29.04.2032 as per the records submitted by you to
the company. Hence you are getting superannuated from the closing hours of work on
29.04.2032.

18. You are entitled for all statutory benefits as per the acts applicable to you from
time to time and based on the company policies which are enforce.

19. In matters not mentioned herein, you will be governed by the rules and regulations
or practice of the company, as may be in force from time to time.

20. You are entitled for Leave as per company polices, which are enforce.

21. The resignation should be handed over in person by the employee to the
appropriate authority without fail. Resignation through mail/other mode of electronic
submission / sending resignation through RPAD/ by other mode is not tenable. Under
the contract of service, you are till in continuation of service in our employment. Until
the acceptances of resignation in writing is given by the authority your resignation is
pending.

22. This appointment shall be effective from the date of your joining 09.04.2022
onwards.

23. You will be reporting to Director of our company.


24. We shall be pleased if you will indicate your acceptance of this appointment by
signing the copy of this appointment letter in the space provided here under returning
it to us.

expect your dedicated and loyal work for the well-being and development of our
company. Please acknowledge the receipt of this appointment order and the original is
retention for you.
