5. Difficulties of the week

Rain on the night of 02/05/2024 flooded the site from 03 to 04/05/2024. This was a
blockage for the continuity of the earthworks these two days.

6. Recommendations from the meeting

• The supply of pozzolan will have to be resumed in order to cover the access
roads already available;

• The itinerary of the access road from the KSA gatehouse to PF2 must follow the
alignment of the project axes; to this end, the TSP of this road must be brought
up to the project grade, then backfilled with pozzolan;
• BHYGRAPH has been asked to prepare a new file of quantities due to the
modifications made to the platforms, to enable the project owner to make a
decision on this matter;
• CAMBUILD's bid for the RN3-KSA roadworks is awaited;
• The trench along the RN3-KSA track will be used to pass OMNIUM's electrical
cables; CAMBUILD will not be able to start work on this track until OMNIUM has
passed the cables.

7. Progress of work (as at 03/05/2024)

The quantitative progress of the work in relation to the basic BOQ is approximately
92%, compared with a time consumption of 130%. This progress is 90% in relation to
the Quantity Index Number 2. It should be noted that CAMBUILD will have to speed
up the large-scale earthworks on platform N4 in addition to the adjustments being
made on platform 1. It should also be noted that the supply of pozzolan remains low
(around 30%) compared with the estimated quantities.
