Medline's success depends on hiring the very best people, and we believe you possess the talent

needed to continue our growth and leadership in the industry. It is our pleasure to offer you the

position of Senior Financial Analyst - Operations in the Finance Division, reporting to Jared Rubin,

Finance Manager.

The base salary offered to you is $95,000.00 annualized, payable semi-monthly resulting in 24

paychecks per year. Medline’s compensation programs and your performance determines future

increases.

You are also eligible for an annual incentive opportunity of up to 15% of your base salary effective

the first of the month following your start date, subject to the plan's eligibility rules, terms,

conditions, and limitations. Your supervisor will explain the details and provide you with the plan

documentation.

Employees who are scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in

Medline’s benefits according to the plan provisions. Most benefits are effective after 30 days of

continuous employment. You will receive 80 hours of vacation prorated based upon your start

date, which includes any required protected sick leave. You will also be eligible to accrue up to 48

hours flex time in 2023. A benefits guide will be mailed to your home address soon after your hire

date which will provide more details regarding Medline’s benefits and costs.

Consistent with Medline’s emphasis on integrity and ethical business practices, this offer of

employment is contingent upon our satisfaction with your drug, background, and reference check

results (if applicable). Please remember the drug test must be taken within 48 hours of accepted

offer. In addition, Medline requires that an “Employment & Confidentiality” agreement and a

“Protective Covenants” agreement (if applicable) be signed for this position prior to your start

date. Access to these agreements, along with additional new hire paperwork, will be provided to

you through Medline’s New Employee Onboarding Portal.

Due to Covid-19 and related logistical concerns, Medline may not be able to complete certain

aspects of your pre-employment process in its entirety, including background checks and drug

screenings. In an effort to begin your employment as expeditiously as possible, Medline may

have to provide you with a start date before those steps are completed. In such a case,

Medline’s offer of employment to you will remain contingent upon you eventually successfully

completing any steps that were not completed pre-employment, and your employment may later

be terminated if those steps are not successfully completed. In addition, new hires who begin

employment prior to undergoing a drug screen will be subject to possible random drug screens as

well as any other company drug screening pursuant to Medline’s Zero Tolerance Policy.

In addition, this offer is contingent upon you providing Medline with proof that you are fully

vaccinated against COVID-19 by your start date. A person qualifies as fully vaccinated against

COVID-19 when at least 14 days have passed since their receipt of the final dose of a FDA

approved or authorized COVID-19 vaccine. You may be eligible for an exemption from this

COVID-19 vaccination requirement due to a medical or religious reason, subject to certain

documentation requirements. Medline determines such exemptions on an individual basis and in

accordance with federal, state, and local law. If you fail to provide proof that you are fully

vaccinated against COVID-19 in the form of a pre-employment attestation, this offer will become

null and void and the company will have no obligation to you under this offer letter.
