Accumulation
Eligibility:
- Students pursuing Practical Training/Industrial Training are eligible to participate.

Paper Submission Limits:

- Each student can present a maximum of 2 papers per financial year at the student
conference. The papers must be on new topics.

Mandatory Registration:
- Selected paper presenters must register for the conference.

Presentation Time:
- Each selected speaker will be allotted a maximum of 15 minutes for their presentation.

Submission Deadline
- The last date for submission is June 30th, 2024.

Submission Requirements
What to Submit:
1. Word Document: A 1500-2000 word document detailing your research work.
2. Draft PowerPoint Presentation (PPT): A draft version of your presentation slides. The
“draft version” means the total number of slides with the content, formatting part
could be postponed.
3. Audition Video: A 2-3 minute video summarizing your research work. The size of the
video shall not exceed more than 10MB. The video should not include the self-
introduction except for your name.

- Submit the word documents, Draft PPT & Audition Video Additional Information via email
to wicasa.vasai@gmail.com by June 30th, 2024.
