Topic 1: Doing exercise

- Well, I usually do exercise every day. Sometimes when I have free time, I
go to the gym.
- To tell the truth, I do exercise every morning because it helps me to stay
healthy.

- Well, doing exercise is important in two ways. First, physically, it helps me

people be stronger, and I will not feel tired the next morning. Besides, a
