I have a new English teacher. His name is Mr Peters. He is kind and funny. He
teaches Arts too. I didn’t have basketball training today because of heavy rain. I felt

Mr Peters gave my class a project to do as homework. It’s about food from another
country. Mum was feeling sick so I bought her some flowers. I had a chess match
after school. I won! Dad and I had dinner at Joe’s Restaurant. I had a big pizza. After
that we went shopping. I got a new bag and shoes. I felt very happy!

Wednesday, 17th November

Mum was still feeling sick but she made my favourite food – pasta! I started my
project about food. Pasta comes from Italy! In the afternoon, I cycled at the park. My
dad ran but I didn’t. It’s boring!

Thursday, 18th November

Mum was feeling better. Thursday is my favourite day at school because I have PE. I
played football after school with Sam and Iman. At night, I spent most of my time on
my computer finishing my project.
