this project in total conformity with these drawings and
specification.

4. The Architect shall not accept any responsibilities for faliures


due to unsupervised site operations.

5. The drawing shall not be transferred to any person for copying


or construction purpose without notifying the Architect, it is
copyright protected.

6. Authorization for use of this drawings is deemed to be after the


payment of professional fees to the Architect.
