Depending on your type of participation only one of the following sections are for your attention:

ONSITE in Amsterdam


Please bring your official confirmation letter to the annual meeting in Amsterdam. This can be a
printout or have it ready on your mobile device.
Scan the barcode at one of the kiosks to obtain your personal entry badge.
Different kiosks (based on colour and activity) are located in the registration area - see page 2.

VIRTUALLY
A button “Join virtual annual meeting” will become visible - as of 7th of July - on ESHRE’s official
webpage https://www.eshre.eu/ESHRE2024
Click on that button and log in with your personal ESHRE account when requested.

Green kiosks:

Go to the green kiosks, scan your barcode and
collect your badge.
(This is the fastest way to collect your badge!)

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Registration fees are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please note that if you lose or misplace your badge, you will be required to pay an extra administrative fee of € 100 to have a new
badge issued.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In the unlikely occurrence of extraordinary events (e.g. natural disasters, state of emergency, outbreak of war) beyond the control
of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and its agents (hereafter also called the “organizers”), the
organizers have the right to immediately alter or cancel the congress or any arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating
directly or indirectly to the ESHRE 2024 Annual Meeting (Amsterdam, The Netherlands from 07th to 10th July 2024). In such a case,
the participants shall not be entitled to any compensation for damages that result from such alteration or cancellation. Furthermore,
with the exception of any willful damage or gross negligence committed by ESHRE or its agents, the organizers shall at any time not
be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the participants, including consequential and immaterial damage caused by
failure to comply with any provision of this document.
