Our company has decided to identify the needs of the customers to start successful
marketing of the garments produced by it and for this company has decided upon the
following :
Prefabricated clothing often does not fit well and must be adjusted by the customer,
incurring additional time and expense. We address this by offering free alteration services
to ensure that the cloth fits them precisely, as well as attaching sleeves and other small
features to the cloths they purchase from us. Customers can also personalize their clothes
based on their tastes and preferences, boosting their total satisfaction.

We have decided to make a blueprint for the amount of production and the kind of garments to
produce based on the seasons and client preferences. Summer and autumn, for example,
require higher production levels because demand is greater throughout those seasons.

Our company has also decided to take efforts behind promotion to achieve its
objectives by implementing the following :

and behaviors of your audience, including their age, location, online interests, life stage, job
role, and income.

Coupons and discounts:


To attract clients, we have chosen to offer coupons, flash sales at the end of the year, and
discounts on special days such as Women's Day, Children's Day, and during the festive season.
