Sub: Consultancy Services for acting as Authority’s Engineer “For Supervision of Package-I from
Gonda (Distt.- Chitrakoot) to Mahokhar (Distt-Banda), Ch: (-) 00+790 to Ch. 49+700 in the
State of Uttar Pradesh on EPC basis- Amended Change of Scope Order no.15 for claim raised
by the Contractor under Article-26 of CA regarding cost for Construction of Major Bridge
in lieu of Minor Bridge at Km 32+920 on MCW – reg.

Dear Sir,

This has reference to the letter cited wherein the Authority has asked to submit the proposal of Major
Bridge at Km 32+920 under Change of Scope order no. 15 considering of steel rate by updating the
same based on WPI as per Clause 13.2.3 (a) of Contract Agreement.

The EPC Contractor is requested to submit the Costing of Major Bridge at Km 32+920 under
Change of Scope order no.15 considering steel rate by updating the same based on WPI as per
Clause 13.2.3 (a) of Contract Agreement for our review and recommendation to the Authority for
approval.
