Greetings to the innovators and champions of youth development!

We are writing this letter to excuse the JUNIOR CITY OFFICIALS 2023 from your class as they will be
attending the 2ND YOUNG WOMEN’S CONGRESS on March 14, 2024, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm at Biñan
Secondary School of Applied Academics, Brgy. Sto. Tomas, Biñan City Hall, Biñan City, Laguna.

The Young Women's Congress (Lipunang Patas sa Bagong Pilipinas: Kakayahan ng Kababaihan,
Patunayan!) aims to empower young women in the city by giving them a platform to share their ideas and
concerns. It will encourage them to be active in discussions about society and politics so they can help make
society fairer and more inclusive. When young women take part in making decisions, it leads to better solutions
that help more people. 1st Young Women’s Congress shall be prompted to:
• To provide Young Women with opportunities for personal and professional growth, encouraging them
to explore their potential and build self-confidence.
• To raise awareness about important issues facing Young Women, including gender equality, education,
healthcare, and representation in leadership roles.
• To create a platform for Young Women to connect with like-minded individuals, mentors, and potential
collaborations, fostering a supportive community.
