We make it easy for single travelers to reduce their tour costs with our Guaranteed Share Program. If you are traveling alone, are a non-smoker, and would like a roommate for cost savings, let us know at least 30 days before departure. In the event there isnt another guaranteed share traveler on your departure, you have the room to yourself, yet you only pay the twin rate.

Relax by the pool, do some shopping in Destin Commons or walk across to Henderson Beach State Park where you can stroll the beautiful, powdery white sand beach and dip your toes in the crystal-clear waters. DAY SEVEN Opryland Resort Visit and Chaffins Barn Dinner Theatre
Today is a great day to spend some time in the newly restored Gaylord Opryland Resort. One way to see the property is by an included boat ride in the Delta Atrium. Thats right, be sure to step aboard a Mississippi-style Delta Flatboat and gently wind your way through the lush four-and-a-half acre indoor garden while your guide offers unique facts about the Deltas plants and fish. Youll learn about the hotels Delta Island that features an 85-foot fountain, three waterfalls and the many shops and stores. Tonight we are treated to an evening of great food and fun at Nashvilles first professional theatre, Chaffins Barn Dinner Theatre. Originally opened in 1967, Chaffins has been serving up their sumptuous countrystyle buffet dinners while offering Broadway-style shows produced In-the-Round on their own special descending magic stage. Along with such popular favorites as Annie and Arsenic and Old Lace, Chaffins is also known for producing original works. This morning we visit the Corinth Civil War Interpretive Center where we view a multi-media presentation of the Battle of Shiloh and see a video of The Battle of Corinth which explains the key role Corinth played in the American Civil War. Tonight, history comes alive at the Buttonwillow Church Civil War Dinner Theater. Surrounded by the elegance of a beautiful antebellum-style hall, well take a step back into 1864 with a delicious meal from authentic Confederate White House recipes and a moving production of Granddaddys Watch, as only Buttonwillow can do it. DAY FIVE Chickamauga National Military Park and the Battle Above the Clouds
We begin the day with a visit to Americas first and largest National Military Park at Chickamauga. The park commemorates Civil War soldiers from both sides, features an audio visual presentation and houses the Fuller Gun collection. High atop Lookout Mountain the Battles for Chattanooga Museum includes an electronic map of the areas battles and a visit to Park Point is highlighted by James Walkers painting The Battle of Lookout Mountain which became known as the Battle Above the Clouds. Set atop a mesa 350 feet above the desert floor is one of the oldest continuously occupied settlements in the United States, Acoma Sky City. A local guide shows us the still occupied homes. We visit Saint Stephens mission church, a national historic landmark. Then we make our way back to Albuquerque for a thrilling ride aboard the worlds longest aerial tramway. Your travel documents will be in your possession approximately 14 days prior to departure. Documents include tour itinerary, departure and arrival information and times, hotel information, clothing suggestions, baggage tags, plus any helpful hints.

All deposits and final payments can be made by check or credit card. We accept the following credit cards:
Membership
Tour membership is available to all travelers. If special requirements of an individual are requested, and these requirements add to the Tour Operator's cost, the Tour Member will be responsible to pay the additional costs. The Tour Manager retains the right to terminate the membership of any Member if any physical or mental handicap becomes apparent while on tour and causes hardship to the Tour Manager and/or other Tour Members. Children must be six years of age or older.
Responsibility
These tour programs are operated by Mayflower Tours, Inc. 1225 Warren Avenue, Downers Grove, Illinois 60515. In common with other companies, Mayflower acts only as an agent for Tour Members in arranging room accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, admissions and restaurants. Mayflower reserves the right in its sole discretion to make changes in the itinerary and is not responsible for expenses, loss of time, money or other occurrence resulting from a change of tour scheduling made for Tour Members. Mayflower reserves the right to accept, decline or retain any person as a member of the tour, and is not responsible for any losses or damages of personal property, or for injuries, expenses or damages incurred by any Tour Member.
Roommate Cancellation
If you are booked as a twin and your roommate cancels their reservation, and you cannot find another roommate, you may either travel as a guaranteed share (see above) or travel as a single and pay the single supplement.
Revision Fees
A fee of $25 per person per transaction will be charged for any changes, revisions or alterations made to your reservation after confirmation.
Luggage Handling
The tour cost includes porterage for one average size suitcase. A charge of $5.00 per hotel will be collected by the Tour Manager for each additional piece of luggage that you bring.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments for land and cruise arrangements (less the deposit amount which is non-refundable) will be refunded when cancellations are made more than 30 days prior to departure. If you purchase the optional Cancellation Fee Waiver (CFW), you will be refunded all payments including the deposit amount, less the premium amount for the CFW provided we are notified of the cancellation prior to the day of departure. (NOTE: New England Autumn Cruise; American Adventure; Bahamas Cruise; and Western Caribbean Cruise terms and conditions are different, see ** below)

Exclusions
Mayflower Tours reserves the right to alter its Refund and Cancellation Policy when a substantial amount of cancellation or postponement of travel is attributable to: conditions resulting from an act of God, natural or manmade disaster, fire, government action, civil disorder, war, hostilities between nations, or unavailability of transportation through no fault of Mayflower Tours.
