ONLİNE GEÇİCİ KAYIT KLAVUZU

1. BAŞVURU
2023-2024 Eğitim Öğretim yılında Ondokuzmayıs Üniversitesini tercih edip kesin kayıt hakkı
kazanan adaylar (özel yetenek sınavı ile öğrenci alımı yapılan programlar hariç) online
geçici kayıt başvurusu yapabileceklerdir.

1.3. BAŞVURU AŞAMALARI

 Başvuru adresinden giriş yapınız.
 İlk şifrenizi oluşturunuz. (İlk şifre için, öğrenci numaranız, Id Numaranız ve aktif olarak
kullandığınız gmail adresine ihtiyacınız olacaktır. Online kayıt sistemine giriş yaptığınızda
bu bilgileri nasıl öğreneceğinize dair yönlendirmelerden yararlanabilirsiniz.)
 Oluşturduğunuz şifre mail adresine gönderilecek olup bu şifre ile sisteme giriş
yapabileceksiniz.
 Sisteme giriş yaparak bilgilerinizi kontrol ettikten sonra, kabul ve taahhüt
metnini onaylamanız ve uyruk türünüzü seçmeniz gerekmektedir.
 Uyruk türüne göre istenen belgeleri yükleyerek onayla ve ileri butonu ile
ilerleyebilirsiniz. (Bu aşamada ön başvurunuz alınarak belgelgeleriniz kontrol edilmek

ve onaylanmak üzere tarafımıza iletilecektir. Yapılan kontroller sonrasında eksik belge

ve bilginiz varsa düzeltmeniz istenecek belgeleriniz onaylanırsa ödeme aşamasına
geçebileceğinize dair onay maili tarafınıza gönderilecektir.
 Ödeme aşamasına geçtiğinizde işlemlerinizi sürdürebilmeniz için gerekli
bilgilendirme metinlerine yer verilecektir. Bu metinlerde yer alan adımları takip
ederek yapacağınız ödeme işlemi dekontlarını sisteme yükleyerek geçici kaydınızı
tamamlayabilirsiniz.
 Son olarak kaydınızın gerçekleşip gerçekleşmediğine dair mail adresinize
bilgilendirme yapılacaktır. Mutlaka gelen mailinizi kontrol ediniz.
Geçici kayıt öğrenci belgenizi tarafınıza gönderilen son kayıt onay mailini aldıktan sonra, başvuru
sayfasına (https://onlineintstudy.omu.edu.tr/) şifrenizle giriş yaparak indirebilirsiniz.

2. GEÇİCİ KAYIT SONRASI İŞLEMLER

Online kaydınızı en geç, kayıtlandığınız eğitim-öğretim yılının akademik takvimindeki bahar
yarıyılı başlangıcının bir ay öncesine kadar; derslere başlayabilmek için ders kayıtlarından önce
asıl belgelerini teslim ederek kaydınızı kesinleştirmeniz gerekmektedir. Belirtilen süre içerisinde
belge teslimi yapmamanız, hatalı, eksik ya da yanlış beyanda bulunmanız durumunda, tarafınıza
herhangi bir bildirim yapılmaksızın kaydınız silinecektir.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

1. APPLICATION
Candidates who prefer Ondokuz Mayıs University in the 2023-2024 academic year and gain
the right to final enrollment (except for programs where students are admitted with a special
talent exam) will be able to apply for online temporary registration.

1.3 APPLICATION STAGES

 Log in from the application address.
Create your first password. (For the first password, you will need your student number, Id
Number and the gmail address you actively use. When you log in to the online registration
system, you can get help from the instructions on how to learn these.)
The password you created will be sent to your e-mail address and you will be able to log in
to the system with this password.
After checking your information by logging into the system, you must confirm the
acceptance and undertake text and select your nationality.
By uploading the required documents according to the nationality type, you can proceed by

clicking the confirm and forward. (At this stage, your preliminary application will be received
and your documents will be sent to us for checking and approval. After the checks, if you
have missing documents and information, you will be asked to correct your documents, if
your documents are approved, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you that you can proceed
to the payment stage.)
When you go to the payment stage, the necessary information texts will be included so that
you can continue your transactions. You can complete your temporary registration by
uploading the payment transaction receipts to the system by following the steps in these
texts.
Finally, you will be notified via e-mail whether your registration has been completed. Be
sure to check your incoming mail.
You can download your temporary registration student certificate by logging into the
application page (https://onlineintstudy.omu.edu.tr/) using your password after you receive
the last registration confirmation e-mail sent to you.

2. PROCEDURES AFTER PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION

You can register online at the latest, one month before the start of the spring semester in the
academic calendar of the academic year in which you are registered; In order to start the
lessons, you must confirm your registration by submitting the original documents before the
registration. If you do not deliver documents within the specified time, if you make an incorrect,
incomplete or false statement, your registration will be deleted without any notification to you.
