Intro to Kayla

I've had psoriasis since I was a child, gut issues since


I was a teen, low mood and energy throughout my
young adult years. I thought this was normal or at
least this was just me and I had to deal with it. I
became a mother and all these things I've mentioned
seemed to become bigger. I felt like I couldn't deal
with any stress and my resilience was on the floor.
Somehow my intuition drew me to food being the first
major step to my health and wellbeing.

From there I kept on learning and the amazing thing about nutritional
sciences, is that its forever changing and we learn more and more
about the power of food and lifestyle changes in how they can benefit
us to live a healthier and happier life.

My why has now extended into helping and supporting you!
