With reference to your request letter No. T/II/12 Engg. IInd Year dated 10/01/2024; I am to
convey the approval of the competent authority to conduct training under Academic level course (A-1)
for B.Tech Students of your institute as detailed below:

1. You are requested to confirm this training schedule latest by 20.04.2024 by email along with
list of students.

2. You are requested that the participants may be advise to report with a passport size color
photograph and copy of aadhar card.

3. You may please direct the participants to report at this Institute for training positively one day
before commencement of training or on the same date at 09.00 AM and maintain discipline of this
institute.
 4. The Incidental charges @ Rs 500/- per participants/01 week for the course shall have to be
remitted to this Institute at the time of joining the training course online through website
www.bharatkosh.gov.in.
