Uyarılar
1. Adaylar sınav saatinden 1 saat önce sınav binasına alınacaktır.
2. Adayların sınavın yapılacağı binaya girmelerini takiben sınav görevlilerimiz tarafından kimlik sahteciliğini engellemek amacıyla merkezimiz tarafından geliştirilen kimlik doğrulama
sistemi kullanılarak başvuruda beyan edilen bilgiler ile sınav esnasında adayın kimlik bilgileri karşılaştırılacak ve her adayın ön cepheden fotoğrafı çekilerek analiz edilecektir. Bu
işlem sonrası kimlik sahteciliği yaptığı tespit edilen adayların sınavları geçersiz sayılacak ve haklarında hukuki işlem başlatılacaktır.
3. Sınav giriş belgesi T.C. nüfus Cüzdanı/T.C. Kimlik Kartı veya süresi geçerli pasaport/K.K.T.C. Kimlik Belgesi/ Pembe-Mavi Kart/Geçici Kimlik Belgesi, sürücü belgesi(Fotoğraflı,
imzalı-mühürlü-barkotlu-kare kodlu veya fotoğraflı, barkotlu kare kodlu) T.C. İçişleri Bakanlığı Göç İdaresi tarafından verilen süresi geçerli Uluslararası Koruma Statü Sahibi Kimlik
Belgesi/T.C. İçişleri Bakanlığı Göç İdaresi tarafından verilen geçici koruma kimlik Belgesi(Suriye Uyruklular için) olmayan adaylar sınav binasına alınmayacaktır.
4. Sınav başladıktan 30 dk. sonra hiçbir aday sınav binasına alınmayacaktır.
5. Sınav salonundan ilk 60 dakika ve son 5 dakika içerisinde çıkmanız yasaktır.
6. Yiyecek, içecek (su hariç), çağrı cihazı, telsiz haberleşme araçları, cep bilgisayarları ve saat fonksiyonu dışında fonksiyonu olan saat, her türlü bilgisayar özelliği bulunan
cihazlarla; silah ve benzeri teçhizatla; müsvedde kâğıdı, defter, kitap, sözlük, sözlük işlevi olan elektronik aygıt, hesap cetveli, hesap makinesi, pergel, açıölçer ve CEP
TELEFONU ile gelen adaylar sınav binasına alınmayacaktır.
7. Adaylar sınav görevlilerinin her türlü uyarısını dikkate almak zorundadır. Kurallara aykırı davranışta bulunanların ve yapılacak uyarıları dikkate almayanların sınavları geçersiz
sayılacaktır.
8. Adaylar yumuşak uçlu kurşun kalem kullanmak zorundadır. Ayrıca kalem silgi ve kalemtıraşlarını sınava gelirken yanlarında getirecekler. Sınav esnasında adayların
birbirinden kalem, silgi, kalemtıraş vb. gereçleri istemeleri kesinlikle yasaktır.
9. Size verilen cevap kâğıdının üzerindeki ad-soyad ve sınav giriş belgesinde bulunan aday numarasının doğru olup olmadığını kontrol ediniz. Cevap kâğıdı size ait değil ise lütfen
görevliyi bu konuda uyarınız.
10. Sınav doğru cevaplar üzerinden değerlendirilecektir. Yanlış cevaplar değerlendirmeye alınmayacaktır.
11. Sınavınızın geçerli sayılması, sınav kurallarına uymanıza bağlıdır. Kurallara aykırı davranışta bulunanların ve yapılacak uyarıları dikkate almayanların sınavı geçersiz sayılacaktır.

Rules and Regulations

1. Candidates will start to enter the exam building one hour before the start of the exam.
2. Exam proctors will check the candidates’ identity information decelerated on Exam Entrance Card by the use of identity verification system developed by UZEM in order to
prevent identity fraud. The exam proctors will take photo of each candidate and the system will analyze it. After this process, the exams of the candidates who are found to be
fraudulent will be deemed invalid and legal action will be taken against them.
3. You are responsible for bringing your Exam Entrance Card issued by Ondokuz Mayis University (above portion of this document) and an additional valid and acceptable up-to-
date identification bearing your photo (such as your passport, Turkish Republic ID Card, Pink/Blue card, temporary ID card, or driving license), and temporary ID card provided by
Turkish Republic Ministry of Interior Immigration Department (for citizens of Syria only) to test center. These identifications must include a photo, valid stamp, and a QR
code/barcode. Any candidate who does hot have one of the identification listed above will not be permitted to enter the exam.
4. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will not be allowed to take the test.
5. You can not leave the examination hall for the first 60 minutes and the last 5 minutes.
6. Food, drinks (except water), mobile phone, briefcases, notebooks, papers, calculators, pair of compasses, rulers, cell phones, smart phones, pagers, PDAs and other electronic,
photographic, recording or listening devices, and weapons are not allowed at the test center.
7. You are required to comply with the directions of the exam proctors. The exams of those who act against the rules and ignore the warnings will be deemed invalid. Exam proctors
may require you to change your seat in the event of non-compliance with the rules.
8. You must have your own soft, black-marking pencil, eraser and sharpener with you. You are not allowed to share or borrow anything from others.
9. You will receive an unmarked answer sheet prepared in your name. Check whether the applicant information on the answer sheet given to you is correct when you receive the test
material. If the answer sheet does not belong to you, please notify the test supervisor.
10. The exam will be evaluated based on your correct answers. Incorrect answers will not be considered.
11. The validity of your exam depends on your compliance with the exam rules and regulations. You will be dismissed from the test, your test fees will be forfeited, and your scores
will be canceled if you fail to follow the rules and regulations. We wish you success in the exam.
