The Government of Zimbabwe has received financing from the World Bank towards supporting
essential health services following the COVID-19 pandemic under the Zimbabwe COVID-19
Emergency Response Project Essential Health Services Additional Financing. Part of the funds will be
directed towards Procurement of the following:
 Hospital Equipment – EHS-ZW-CORDAID-429560-GO-RFB
 Fully Equipped Outreach Vans x8 – EHS-ZW-CORDAID-429564-GO-RFB
 18-seater Minibuses x8 – EHS-ZW-CORDAID-429597-GO-RFB
 Solar-powered Tricycles x60 – EHS-ZW-CORDAID-429580-GO-RFB
 Motorcycles with specimen box x90 - ZW-CORDAID-429577-GO-RFB,
Cordaid Zimbabwe would like to invite sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the supply of the above.
1. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information on specifications and quantities
from the following link: https://shorturl.at/hmEtb or email Cordaid Zimbabwe
Procurement on procurementzim@cordaid.org. The inspection of the bidding document shall
be done during office hours i.e 0900 to 1600 hours at the address given below.
2. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 08 July 2024. Bidders shall be
required to submit a single password protected electronic Bid on the following email
procurementzim@cordaid.org . The passwords should be submitted to procurement on the
day and time of bid opening. Late Bids will not be accepted. Bids will be publicly opened in
the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at
the address below on a date to be communicated to those that would have submitted their bids
on time.
3. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
4. “Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose
information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award
Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding
document.”
