1 Scope of work
The works to be performed under this CONTRACT include all WORK necessary for and
incidental to construction of Land Drilling Locations, Access Roads, Bridges & Helipads the
Seasonally flooded fields and Dry land areas of SEPLAT operations.

The specific WORK to be executed under this CONTRACT will be issued in the form of
PURCHASE ORDERS as the need arises. The CONTRACT amount shall be worked out
using the Rates and Prices contained in the Schedule of Rates in executed contract as
applicable. CONTRACTOR is required to ascertain and confirm with the Project Engineer the
volume of work involved with each PURCHASE ORDER. The approval of the SEPLAT
Representative must be obtained prior to the execution of any work item or quantity different
from that provided in the PURCHASE ORDER

The work may comprise any or all of the following major segments
o Mobilization
o New Well site Location preparation for drilling Rehabilitation of
existing Well Site Locations Location access road construction and
rehabilitation Campsite Construction and rehabilitation
o Piling works Bridge works Marine
Structures
o Jetty, sheet piling, shore protection construction
o Equipment Foundations for greenfield and brownfield projects
o Structural Steel Works
o Civil infrastructures including Drainage, Landscaping, Fencing
